The Security Service, Metropolitan Police, and the South London and Maudsley hospital of the United Kingdom have colluded in a calculated racial agenda. This has resulted in unjust prosecutions in the Uk courts and damage caused to my brain, penis, and general body. Some of the damage was done to my brain was done while asleep in the South London and Maudsley hospital where the hospital used a stereotactic radio surgery device to do damage to my brain while I was asleep in the hospital which was recorded by audio and verified by a repeat MRI brain scan which confirmed further damage. This whole agenda from these departments is to be a racist agenda damaging my penis stopping me from have sexual relations and to conceal the fact that they have implanted a Wireless Neural device in my brain. The device implanted in my brain is a device which can send and receive responses which is used to control my actions, subject me to various forms of torture, and manipulate my mental state through hypnosis. This technology used, raises serious concerns about my personal autonomy and my human rights, as I struggle to comprehend and cope with the implications of such a violation on my life that has breached so many articles of the ECHR and Human Rights Act.
